We require a valid credit card for all reservations. Reservations are guaranteed upon payment of a (25%) twenty-five percent deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of your balance is due sixty days prior to your arrival. Balance payments are payable by check, wire transfer or credit card.
Payments for reservations made within sixty days prior to arrival are due in full at the time of reservation.
No one will be permitted to check-in unless his or her balance is paid in full.
Once an apartment is occupied there are no refunds should tenant decide to depart earlier than planned. Changes to the initial rental agreement are subject to price increases.
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm: Check-out is by 11:00 am. A ½ day charge will be assessed for those guests requesting a late check-out up to 3:00 pm. A full day charge will be assessed thereafter. Late check-outs are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change and availability. All rates are subject to Florida Room & Sales Tax.
All guests are responsible for any damage to their unit and long distance telephone charges.
Cleaning services are not included.
Pets: Any approved dog must be kept leashed at all times while on the property. Owners must pick up after their pets. Dogs or cats may not be kept on the terraces or patios for extended periods of time. Pets must be taken care of properly as to not disturb other guests. All outdoor pets must be on a flea control product during their stay. There is a Pet fee charge of $15 per day.
There are a limited number of smoking units. Please request one if you or anyone in your party will be smoking.
